Meeting called to order by Norman Siverling @ 7:07 pm. Board members present were Cory LaNou, Lori Prokupek, Eleanor Sedlacek, Glen & Brenda Sikorski.

Clerk read March minutes. Motion made to approve march minutes by Cory LaNou, 2nd by Lori Prokupek, all ayes, motion carried.
Treasures report: bartenders lic.- 10.00, Hall Rent- 75.00, Dog lic.- 48.00, Interest- 5.04
Total- 288.04 M.M.- 14,224.70 Checking- 7,569.17
Public Comments: Dennis Harm discussed sand on roads. Will look at on the road tour.
170th Ave. trees: need to view on road tour, will send letters to Berthold & Violets.
Open Book & Board of Review 4-29-10 @ 6-8 pm and BOR is 5-13-10 @ 6-8 pm. Do alternates need to be at BOR??
Road Tour date- Wed. April 28th @ 3:30pm
2 year road plan; bridge on 250th Street for 2011. Will update after road tour, regular maintenance for 2010. Motion made to update 2 year road tour as 250th Bridge and regular maintenance by Cory LaNou, 2nd by Lori Prokupek, motion carried.
Gravel bids will be advertised for opening at the May meeting. Motion made to advertise gravel bids by Cory LaNou, 2nd by Lori Prokupek, motion carried.

Hall lease policy, need to follow plan.
Coffee Grounds applied for a Cigar license. Motion made to approve 2 Cigars licenses for the Coffee Grounds by Lori Prokupek, 2nd by Cory LaNou, motion carried.
Discussed attendance for the Hwy workshop for April 20th, 2010 in Rice Lake.
Annual report reviewed, revised, and approved. Motion made to approve the 2009 annual report by Lori Prokupek, 2nd by Cory LaNou, motion carried.
Discussed per diem.
April 12th, 2011 date for next years annual meeting.
Reviewed mail and correspondence. Motion made to approve bills as presented and regular monthly bills by Lori Prokupek, 2nd by Cory LaNou, motion carried.
Reviewed ordinances.
